Shipping
All orders placed through www.bsheets.com will be shipped Free of Charge. We have tied up with reputed logistics providers to ensure your shipment is delivered on a priority basis. We currently ship our products ONLY to destinations within India. We are not responsible if shipments are lost or wrongly delivered due to any errors in address recorded by you while filling in the form during purchase. Subject to availability, all products will be shipped within 2/3 working days from receipt of confirmed order. Delivery time : 4 to 6 working days from the date of dispatch from our Store depending on location and the size of the package. In case the product you ordered is out of stock for any reason, we will contact you within 2 working days of your order to see how this issue can be resolved.
Returns & Refunds
All our products are quality checked before dispatch. In the unlikely event of an error where a wrong product has been shipped we shall take full responsibility to replace the product with the item you ordered. We will arrange to ship a replacement product with similar attributes. In the event we have run out of stock we will arrange to refund the amount in full via bank transfer within 4 working days after receipt of returned product at our end. We make all efforts to provide all product information and images as realistic as possible. But if for any reason you wish to return the product then kindly ensure the following : (a) Send us an email/Text your intention to return the product. (b) Return the product unused and packed in original packing with all the documents like invoice etc. (c) The return consignment is to be shipped at your expense within 7 days after receipt of the product We Shall refund the full amount paid by you .

We accept online payments with reputed integrated payment gateways Citrus Pay - India and Pay Pal for International transactions. We also accept Credit cards, Debit cards, Bank Transfers, cheque or cash deposit. Cash On Delivery : COD : This service may not be available for certain destinations (courier limitations) we shall get in touch with you (in certain cases) to resolve it suitably. Our website is fully secured and encrypted to protect all information and credit card data transaction. Orders Via Phone : In case you are not familiar with online transactions we will be happy to assist you. Just contact us vis email (sales@bsheets.com /Phone or WA to place specific orders. The items will be shipped on receipt of funds into our Account.
